Hey, y'all! I'm Leslie Wegner, a Speech Language Pathologist, singer, and owner of North Texas Voice and Speech Center, PLLC. I'm a classically and commercially trained singer, and was a vocalist and instrumentalist in the US Army Band. I also play the piano, piccolo, and flute.
After the Army I transitioned to study speech pathology to be able to help other singers struggling with voice concerns. I earned my bachelor's degree at The University of Texas at Dallas, and my masters at Texas Woman's University! I've worked in all kinds of settings including skilled nursing, outpatient clinics, schools for adults with disabilities, and charter schools. My true love is voice, so I began my own private practice to specialize in all things vocal!
I am a huge NASA/Space X nerd, I (attempt to) DIY upgrade everything in my house, and I love to hike and explore the world with my two boys and fluffy dog, Murphy. I'd love to get to know you - please reach out on any social media or shoot me an email!
